You will work on reactive maintenance and voids and be able to carry out the following duties: Repair/Renew plastered ceilings and walls, Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring. You will be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs. Work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained. You would be working with electrical systems, lighting, pumps, fans, motors, controls, minor pipework, this includes installing and maintenance works.

You will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance.

You will be required to generate daily reports; weekly monthly and you will be required to document all work carried out in the maintenance system used.

You will also provide guidance to maintenance semi skill members of the team.
