You will manage and chair the Experts by Experience Panel which is the forum through which current and past service users can influence the development of the London DA Service (Safe Horizons London Partnership).

You will recruit co-production champions from the staff team and support them to promote the benefits of co-production and recruit more service users into the co-production function.

You will oversee the entire development and production pipeline—turning concepts into commercially viable, high‐quality products across apparel, accessories, soft goods and homeware.

You will manage specifications, sourcing, sampling, supplier relationships, cost negotiations, and production delivery—ensuring product integrity, consistency and efficiency across all categories.

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will be responsible for identifying and converting new leads, managing key accounts, and promoting their range of commercial kitchen equipment and solutions to meet customer needs and project requirements.

You will be an integral part of the UK sales team and the wider European team and will play a pivotal role as well as having influence on the growth of the UK market.
