You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will have the autonomy to build, test, and refine approaches that directly impact revenue.

You will shape both how interactions are built and what expressive capabilities are possible, translating cutting-edge research into robust, real-world systems.

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.

You will own strategic partner recruitment end-to-end, beginning with initial partnership scoping, and eventually with ongoing partner management.

You should assume priorities will change with little notice. You are comfortable operating in that environment.
