You will be responsible for managing commercial performance, driving efficiencies, identifying opportunities and mitigating commercial risk while ensuring robust cost and value control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will liaise closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders on commercial matters including variations, claims and additional payments.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will join as a Quantity Surveyor delivering high-specification fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

You will manage schemes from conception to completion, often working on fast-paced projects with short lead times and delivery periods of 4–12 weeks. Procurement cycles can be tight, valuations move quickly, and subcontractor management is key.

You will support and manage the commercial aspects of multiple live projects, covering measurement, valuations, cost control, and final accounts. This is a fully office-based role with regular site visits to support valuations and project delivery.
