You will have excellent senior operational knowledge within an Estates environment or similar, and significant experience of working with multiple stakeholders to develop Estates services, maintain high levels of performance and achieve legislative compliance.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems across our busy manufacturing facility. What’s in it for you?

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.
