You will be based from our purpose-built food manufacturing facility with significant investment and current generation machinery.

You will work in a 2-person team, for the most part, liaising with production, hygiene and our technical department.

You will have a responsibility for focusing on the enforcement of fair trading, product safety and tobacco control legislation, using an intelligence led approach, working closely with other enforcement agencies to support the service to achieve its broader public protection aims.
