You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers.

You will have involvement in continuous improvement projects on site which will include machinery installation, machinery refurbs and upgrades. As part of your role, you will assist in the mentoring and development of engineering apprentices on site.

You will work to strict H&S guidelines at all times.

You will benefit from a weekdays role, with no night work or weekend shifts.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries
