You will join our client's legal team, collaborating with other team members to provide an effective, efficient and excellent service. The team has use of the latest technology, leading research and precedents & unlimited training. Key Accountabilities: - Provide practical, commercial and concise advice, guidance and support on contract terms, legal issues and business risks.

You will split your time between our Ormskirk office and regular site visits nationwide to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Project & Contract Management - Manage 2-3 concurrent retail fit-out projects, ensuring smooth delivery from pre-start to handover.

You will ensure that all electrical services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with statutory regulations, organisational policies and recognised industry standards.

You will also act as an Authorised Person for designated electrical systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, taking senior responsibility for estate-wide incidents when required.

You will further be responsible for: - Management of onsite teams to deliver services and perform tasks as set out in the SLA, to include cleaning, Compliance, and waste control. - Provide hands on cleaning or caretaking cover when required to meet business needs, including occasions where suitable daily cover arrangements cannot be secured.

You will also have a focus on the customer service side of the contracts within the portfolio, ensuring the customers are happy with service delivery and also aware of any small / minor works projects that maybe required to maximise energy efficiency within the building Therefore you will also need to have good client facing skills as part of this role will be to develop existing clients

You will lead strategic planning and governance. Manage, develop and mentor a team that administer the contracts, and get involved in contract disputes.

You will support the procurement team, advising on contract options management, working with tier 1 Suppliers and managing KPI reviews / planning.
