You must be entering your final year of a STEM-based degree such as Naval Architecture, Ship Science, Maritime/Marine Engineering, Marine Technology, Structural Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. A degree accredited by RINA/IMarEST is preferred.

You will support the delivery of complex systems through use case analysis, requirements specification, system trade studies, and architecture modelling. Collaborating closely with defence customers, industrial partners, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive critical design decisions and integration activities.

You will be self-motivated, innovative, flexible and able, both individually and as part of a team, to consistently deliver a range of high-quality advice and consultancy to our customers.

You will be responsible for contributing to a range of varied and challenging projects that will both deliver success for our clients and develop your skills and experience.

You will act as a key authority within your discipline, supporting certification activities, shaping long-term R&D strategy, and contributing to standards and guidance across defence programmes.
