You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required.

You will monitor estimate/conversion rate. Able to ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.

You will be responsible for organising and managing your own workload whilst maintaining the highest level of standards. Each of our subject areas is faculty driven and as an Associate member of the team you will have direct contact with a Head of Faculty to support you with caseload management, learner queries and assessment processes.

You will be required to travel across the Southwest of England by car (although public transportation will be considered for the right candidate) Assessment locations include Devon, Dorset, and South Somerset

You will be required to have an Extended CRB check

You will do this through conducting progressive visits (a mixture of remote video calls and face to face meetings at the learners’ workplace) with every learner each month - supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve their qualification within the agreed timeframes.
