You will manage your own portfolio of trading relationships, support junior team members as a senior peer, and engage in occasional project work. This position is suited to candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience negotiating master trading documentation, particularly ISDA agreements.

You will be offering a seamless and outstanding customer service to support with queries, quotations and orders.

You will need to be proactive in your approach and be able to spot opportunities to upsell and increase sales and profit with our customers.

You will need to have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders.

You will play a key role in driving profitable sales growth by coaching and developing the team and by building effective internal and external relationships to deliver against agreed business plans.

You will be a seasoned senior sales professional with a strong customer focus, able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs while developing long-term, value-driven relationships.
