You will provide commercial insight and assurance across procurement, contract management, and project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with three days per week based onsite in Warrington.

You will collaborate with project controls colleagues—particularly those within cost engineering—and focus on commercial strategy and execution. Key ResponsibilitiesLead on commercial and contractual matters across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and governance frameworks.

You will manage the full lifecycle of executive search mandates, from initial client consultation and role scoping through to candidate identification, assessment, offer negotiation, and placement.

You will also play a key advisory role, supporting clients with insight into market trends, talent strategy, and best-practice executive recruitment.
