You will be responsible for completing fibre installations and repairs while receiving comprehensive ongoing training and support. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driver's license and be skilled in managing technical work in the field. This role offers the potential for uncapped earnings based on effort and dedication, working 40 hours per week including some Saturdays.

You will provide leadership to our Construction team, to ensure that site activities are carried out safely, in accordance with the programme and to the specified quality standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and internal regulations, processes and governance.

You will preferably hold a professional registration or qualification, such as Chartered Project Professional, Chartered Engineer, or are working towards the same or similar.

You will play a critical role in maintaining financial stability, supporting strategic priorities, and strengthening governance during a key period of transition.
