You will sell business applications and related solutions through strategic selling, effective negotiation, and management of the partner and client relationship.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the BU’s financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence and commercial insight.

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with strong IFRS knowledge, particularly IFRS 15/ASC606. You’ll bring a hands-on approach, exceptional Excel skills, and experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP BPC, or Blackline.

You will primarily promote Talend and Snowflake solutions, positioning the organisation’s Data capabilities to convert prospects into loyal customers. This role requires strong business development expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering digital transformation through Data focused solutions.

You will work directly with the founder to build GenFinance's technical capability from the ground up: mastering Model Context Protocol (MCP), testing every serious AI tool on the market, and creating the playbooks that let us deploy AI for clients rapidly and reliably.

You will be part-qualified or actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA, with experience producing management accounts and strong Excel skills. A solid understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with financial systems (ideally NetSuite) is key.

You will be a fluent German speaker with experience in both AP and AR functions, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment. A strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite are essential.

You will hold (or be working towards) a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
