You will work Monday to Friday but with a degree of flexibility.

You will be based at New Rannoch Day Services Shuna Court Perth, Perth, PH13DA.

You will carry out direct line management duties for around 8 members of the staff team.

You must be a UK resident or have proof of right to work in the UK

You will be required on site 5 days per week, as well as attending regular meetings at the Hub office in Thurso, as required.

You will ensure site activities comply with planning consents and SHE legislation and ensure that the Contractor is providing sufficiently detailed weekly reporting as part of the project deliverables.

You will lead and create a high-performing team, spreading our customer‐centric culture in your every word and action across the hub and spoke community. Equipped with a clear vision, growth mindset and excellent leadership skills, you'll inspire, motivate and empower your colleagues to realise their potential and deliver business success in an ever evolving multi‐channel retail environment.

You will have experience of development and delivery of multi-million-pound projects to deliver safely, on-time and within budget.
