You will be responsible for driving specification and conversion on a project-by-project basis across hospitality led developments, working closely with architects, interior designers, design and build partners, contractors and hospitality end user clients. The position is predominantly field based across Central London, with regular access to an exceptional Clerkenwell showroom space.

You will work collaboratively with the wider pre-construction team and ensure bids are comprehensive and of high quality. What will you need to be successful?

You will be surrounded by a network of closers who know how to win and will show you how to do the same.

You will be responsible for driving specification, protecting margin, and converting projects across hospitality led and design driven commercial developments.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a visible brand ambassador within the London design community, while working closely with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, delivery, and commercial success.
