You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual territory plan, focusing on new prospects with between 350 to 1499 employees in the UK (more globally). The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at £20-50,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering.

You will manage a portfolio of potential housing clients, analyse their needs based on detailed data and tender requirements, and create presentations to secure insurance coverage from various markets.

You will also ensure smooth handovers to client servicing teams and help design insurance programs that meet client specifications, including working on pricing and fees with the Sales Director.
