You will be working as an Operations Technician on a temporary assignment of approximately six months, based at the Inverness site.

You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while providing clear direction and support to the night staff team, maintaining standards when senior management are not present.

You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.

You will be part of a relatively small close-knit team. It is therefore essential that all members are capable and willing to support and respect each other, maintaining team morale to create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.

You must be able to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK before starting with us.

You will assist and encourage people with their evening routines and activities, while providing consistent physical and emotional support throughout the night. Your presence will help create a safe, secure, and calming environment , ensuring each person feels comfortable and enjoys a restful night.
