You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will pride yourself on keeping your customers happy through fantastic service, whilst growing and developing your own team. What you can expect: Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store). Brilliant training and development to get you up to speed in your role and beyond.

You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock

You must have a full Driving License.

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
