You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support, your fellow carers and your branch support teams; promoting our company values, which are at the heart of everything we do. Due to the nature of this role, good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

You will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents are encouraged to develop life skills, engage with the community, and work towards greater independence.

You will be part of a supportive team structure, working closely with Shift Leaders and the wider Management Team to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.

Provide person-centered night support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
