You will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for:Handling and lifting heavy boxes and bulky items. Carrying out a significant amount of manual handling.

You should have a good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices is advantageous.

You will create and maintain best practice reporting, procedures, and policies, and support the business with risk and compliance.

You will act as the connection between the finance team, senior management team and the CEO, helping to drive strategy and hit targets using financial insight, whilst also overseeing the financial team (4 people) as a whole.

You will be based from our open-plan Castleford head office (WF10 5HW), which is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, close to the M62 and A1 and has on-site parking.

You will also help to prepare monthly ledger reports, detailing any reasons for variances to management.

You will have an understanding of machine mechanics and the ability to troubleshoot. Working hours: Days - Monday to Thursday 06:00am 17:30pm (44 hours per week) or Nights - Monday to Thursday 18:00pm 06:00am (46 hours per week) Benefits £32,329 - £35,944 (depending on experience) Nights shift allowance Daily 60-minute breaks.
