You will act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities

You will be a key member of a small and dedicated hydrant maintenance team, working across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

You will assess the condition and accessibility of fire hydrants, carry out visual checks, and ensure they are fully operational using appropriate equipment.

You will also have line management responsibility for a Releasing Pharmacist, Quality Officer (NSCU Release) and a Pharmacist Technician making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine technical expertise with leadership.
