You will be expected to influence at all levels both internally and externally, building relationships across Buying, Supply Chain, Category, Marketing & Finance teams to create and execute best-in-class commercial plans. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for: - Develop and execute dynamic strategic plans to deliver wholesale and retail targets, working collaboratively with retail partners to create strong Joint Business plans for our brands, that will deliver growth and brand KPIs - Deliver limitless plans to drive and maintain #1 ranking in all categories and all stores.

You must be based in London or South East - Proven success of launching NPD into the UK - Experience of spirits would be advantageous - Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise your own work schedule - Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
