You will deliver highly specialised assessments and evidence-based interventions for adults with complex neurological and rehabilitation needs.

You will also provide expert advice, guidance and education to health and social care professionals, families, carers and other key stakeholders ensuring a collaborative and person-centred approach to recovery and independence.

You will join a friendly and supportive team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists radiographers and dieticians, who play key roles in the delivery and on-going development of the courses in the Department.

You should also expect to be actively involved in curriculum development and design, creatively considering teaching and learning within a dynamic team.

You will be a true specialist in MSK and incorporate this into HCML's integrated model. To undertake a holistic multidisciplined assessment (by telephone or face to face) and to consider clinical, personal and occupational or social risk factors and the impact of these on their condition or on their ability to work.

You will be expected to meet the below key requirements: Have a minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience, ideally within a discharge service Be prepared to work within a 7-day service Hold Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from the confirmation and happy to commit to a minimum period of three months
