You will form part of the supportive therapy team, working at Kingfisher Court to provide the OT service alongside a multidisciplinary team including arts therapists, physio, horticultural therapists, psychology.

You will be supported by an experienced Occupational Therapists and the rest of the team to carry out specific individual work and facilitate a range of activity group interventions.

You will be involved in the delivery of the Occupational Therapy Programmes (BSc and apprenticeship route), so this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to new programmes.

You will join a friendly and supportive team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists radiographers and dieticians, who play key roles in the delivery and on-going development of the courses in the Department.

You should also expect to be actively involved in curriculum development and design, creatively considering teaching and learning within a dynamic team.

You will be required to work with the individual either on their own or within a group setting. You may also work with others to support the individual eg training carers or working with families. Significant experience in delivering and assessing NVQs

You will be on a weekend rota and provide therapy services to the acute setting on additional hours when required.
