You will work 40 hours per week, providing vital support within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. Responsibilities include assisting with therapy delivery, engaging with patients, and completing clinical assessments. You will conduct risk assessments, apply the Mental Health Act effectively, and work both independently and as part of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which includes professionals such as psychiatrists, nurses, and psychologists.

You will need to be able to demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills to support junior members of staff and students.
