You will have relevant experience in inter-agency working, surveying properties and identification of typical building defects and remedial works.

You will have experience dealing with the public face to face and in confrontational situations, and work with sensitive issues on a private and confidential basis.

You will be involved in commercial property matters including developments, leases, bank security work and property investment and farms, forestry and estates. The firm is opening to level of candidates and is keen to hear from candidates who have between 1 – 10 years’ PQE. Hybrid working is on offer.

You will design, build, implement and maintain the software applications supporting the businesses of the Council.

You will assist with the implementation of, and integrations to, third party supplied software applications.

You will be involved in all aspects of commercial property and will carry out commercial purchases and sales, development land purchases, site assembly, preparation of Deeds of Conditions, and options and licence agreements. The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years’ PQE and have strong commercial property experience.

You will have a Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area e.g. Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent and a willingness to become an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS).

You will develop and deliver the DCC corporate CDM training programme and maintain appropriate governance and records.
