You will ensure outstanding outcomes for young people while creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture for staff.

You will lead by example, embedding best practice in line with the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, maintaining inspection readiness, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of 2x solo residential children's homes, which consists across Nottinghamshire, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of care and support to our young people.

You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with SEMH needs. Key responsibilities include: - Overall management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations - Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
