You will work directly with the founder to take prototypes into real venues and turn them into a reliable, scalable product.

You will work across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and real-world installs. One day you might be debugging a hardware or firmware issue, the next you could be installing a system, running a live demo, or speaking with a brewery about improvements.

You will work in close partnership with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure technology standards are not only defined but are rigorously and consistently applied in execution across all technical teams.

You will manage and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. You will collaborate with a small team of dedicated engineers in a dynamic, yet friendly and inclusive manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Provide technical support for manufacturing tests and diagnostics of weapon sub-systems at system and sub-system level.

You will be responsible for appointing appropriate consultants, agreeing fees in-line with budgets, liaising with statutory authorities, and ensuring that design sits within budget. Duties and responsibilities: - Advise the Land & Planning department on the technical viability of new sites.

You will be involved in the design process at all stages, supporting design reviews and manufacturing queries, reporting into the Technical Lead or Equipment Project Manager.

You will have the opportunity to lead on packages of work, manage deliveries and assign work to senior design engineers.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
