You will be:Passionate about lean manufacturing with excellent attention to detail and very hands on. Conscientious in attitude, reflected in an appreciation of quality, cost and efficiency. Experience of holding a similar role within a manufacturing organisationVery good working knowledge in processing metal assemblies.

You will be responsible for preparing the sites and performing the installation of bus shelters for county councils and clients. This role does require manual labour and some heavy lifting! Experience with painting metals is also beneficial. Your commitment won’t go unnoticed.

You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining mobile and site machinery while ensuring it is clean and tidy and that Health & Safety processes are always adhered to.
