You will be based in the Livingston office with a requirement to travel internationally, either visiting vessels, participating in field research, or engaging with key industry partners.

You will design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, provide tailored onboarding support for new Clients, and contribute to the continuous development of LawWare's online training resources. Working closely with the Client Success, Development, and Support teams, you'll ensure every Client receives a first-class learning experience.

You will be customer-centric, have a passion for travel, have a track record in building rapport quickly and take pride in being able to problem solve. These aspects will come through in all your interactions whilst delivering the best possible customer service through our range of communication channels.
