You will need to have achieved the academic qualifications. - GCSE in English and Maths at Grade 4 or C or an equivalent, or higher

You will support the team to deliver real-world software solutions to deadlines and within budget, with opportunities to get involved across the entire development lifecycle.

You will enrol onto the Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship with Warwick University, following the Software Engineering pathway.

You must show commitment throughout the programme and be happy to work within a team. Apprentices are required to be employed by Lee Marley as a Labourer/Trainee Scaffolder throughout the entire programme. All training provided (block release to college). You will be part of a large and diverse team in which you will be supporting the delivery of engineering solutions for the water environment, whilst furthering your understanding of flood risk, hydrology, hydraulics and water management.

You will be self-motivated, able to make decisions and react quickly to the needs of the business. - Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff and work as part of a team.

You will undertake remedial engineering works to industrial laundry equipment on site as instructed by the Engineering Manager.

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.

You will be involved in the operational, administrative, and compliance functions, maintaining high standards of business process integrity.

You will support the ABM team in removing barriers to apprentice learning, contributing to the enhancement of apprentice performance, and ensuring the Universitys apprentices achieve successful outcomes.
