You will help ensure public funding delivers quality and measurable impact for residents, communities and the regional economy, while meeting the highest standards of quality, compliance and assurance.

You will line manage a small team of Skills Delivery Officers, supporting their development and wellbeing, and act as a point of escalation for delivery risks, issues and challenges.

You will drive operational efficiency, maximise financial performance, deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, and develop SWARF's potential through market-driven innovation. Key responsibilities include managing team performance and development, all measured through site KPIs.

You will be required to assist in the provision of material, welding, heat treatment and NDT advice and procedures to our operational sites in the UK and overseas; to assist with the review of internal and external welding related documentation; maintain strong client working relationships and develop working relationships with site personnel.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and managed in line with company standards, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of information management processes.

You will be proactive, detail-focused, and keen to develop your skills within information management.

You will work closely with senior leadership and external partners, ensuring the delivery of key facilities tasks, how risks are managed, and how improvement projects are delivered.
