You will be required to perform a financial controller role in a fast-paced business based in the Accrington area. You'll need to oversee the financial operation, prepare/submit VAT returns, organise payroll, prepare budgets, manage cash flow and provide forecasts. You'll need to be a great people person with a strong personality and work closely with both the FD & CEO.

You will be qualified, part-qualified, or QBE, with proven experience in a manufacturing finance environment. A strong understanding of costing, stock, and production finance is essential, along with the confidence to lead teams and implement process improvements.

You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and able to add value quickly during a period of change.
