You will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.

You will act as a primary interface with client QA/QC representatives and offshore teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of WTG installation and commissioning works. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary QA/QC interface with client representatives during WTG installation, pre-energisation, and final walkdowns

You will have the CIH Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Housing, or the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or SVQ3 in Social Services & Healthcare and be willing to work towards the required qualification in a specified timescale.

You will require to be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and provide relevant accurate sales information when requested. Key Duties Will Include: - Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in a professional manner. - Providing advice to customers regarding the purchase of a holiday home.

You will provide coordination support for facilities management services on the FedEx UK account.

You will aim to resolve any queries at first attempt or escalate to the helpdesk supervisor.
