Operations Delivery Manager jobs in Belfast

You will ensure service quality, drive continuous improvement, and manage service provider contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring that all network operations meet or exceed our internal and external service level agreements. A key part of your role will be leading and managing outsourced teams to maintain and support IT services across all our sites.

You will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives and results. This position demands proven experience in staff development, performance reviews, and implementing continuous improvement cycles.

You will create quotations, monitor critical financial data ensure terms and delivery information are accurate, and assist the operations team to meet on-time shipment and goals, for large complex clients.

You will be responsible for:Order validation, progression, and booking using established processes and tools.
