You will be responsible for ensuring quality is embedded into everything the operation does, while also coordinating daily production workflow and priorities. This is a visible role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that support a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with policy and legislation, and enable the organisation to attract, retain, and develop talented people who share our commitment to public service.

You will support the Customer Insight team with digital and behavioural insight needs, as well as marketing performance analysis.

You will be highly organised, detail‐focused and an excellent communicator, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

You will be both customer and contractor facing in dealing with escalated issues and ensuring the business steers in line with strategic and operational goals. The successful candidate responsible for negating the challenges of social housing at various levels. Therefore a firm understanding of social housing and strong technical knowledgeable of housing is required.
