You will play a key part in ensuring stock is handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

You will work to minimise repeats.

You will review customer complaints and ensure the right action is taken to resolve these.

You will review RAMS for all works to be delivered on the gravity sewer network.

You will support significant incidents (pollution / flooding) and support field-based teams to incident manage the situation.

You will liaise with subcontractors, manage on and off-hires, coordinate logistics, and ensure equipment is delivered and installed to the highest standards. This Hire Operations Manager role will also involve visiting manufacturing sites overseas to oversee production, implement software systems such as Syrinx, and ensure operational processes run smoothly.

You will be comfortable conversing at all levels, from the kitchen to the board room. We are after a self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised manager; with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively. You won’t be afraid of the Office suite and will be a dab hand at producing spreadsheets and presentations to show how well you’re doing.
