Operations Shift Manager jobs in Hamilton

You will be working as an order picker in the warehouse and in house forklift certification is provided by the company – great opportunity to build on your skillset!

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will also be responsible for: - Ensuring daily targets are being achieved - Coaching and developing staff to improve their skills - Providing support for training, disciplinary procedures and performance management - Ensuring compliance with relevant H&S legislation, as well as company standard procedures
