You will provide a quality front line Refuse Collection Service within the local community.

You will have the ability to undertake a range of skilled refuse collection and recycling duties ensuring compliance with the Environmental Protection Act, Council Policies and Health and safety Legislation.

You will be responsible for the processing of data and financial information to a variety of departmental systems, cash handling, distribution of mail, filing, word processing and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and effective support service.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will gain exposure to a variety of project types, offering strong technical development within a professional consultancy setting. What you’ll need to succeed - A degree (or currently completing a degree) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline - Experience in a quantity surveying or cost management role (consultancy or contractor experience considered)

You will provide management and leadership to administrative and clerical staff and contribute to the implementation of strategy and will have specific responsibility for the management of non-clinical services. The role is based at Kirklands Headquarters in Bothwell. Hybrid working is supported with a minimum 2 days per week on site (more on site working may be required to meet service needs).

You will be responsible for leading partnerships and programmes across Highland, Moray and Perth and Kinross and will play a pivotal role in driving our organisation forward.
