You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will support the operational teams and add value to the contract in terms of customer service, staff development and net cost benefit.

You will require previous experience of working in a similar role within a Logistics, transport or other operational environment.

You will have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work cross functionally.

You will be responsible for: - Ensuring all Health & Safety good practices are being adhered to. Organising and managing yard, workshop, and driver personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively and safely. Maintaining the standard and quality of all the kit in the Depot, including all Mechanical Plant, FLT’s HGV’s, Vans, etc.
