You will have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation. You will be working across multiple sites in Acton, which extend from Euston to West Ruislip. All sites are easily accessible via public transport, and travel expenses within TFL zones will be covered. Please note that there is no parking available at any of the sites, so candidates must be comfortable commuting.

You will manage a team of approximately eight staff, oversee administrative, financial, and ICT functions, and ensure compliance with data protection, health and safety, and audit regulations. This role also involves managing facilities, responding to emergencies, and deputising for the Business Support Manager when required.
