You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding SAP HCM solutions to a diverse customer base, providing expert functional support across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Payroll.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and prepared to undergo high level security clearance.

You will supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team and specialist service partners, ensuring the effective delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works. Working closely with Trust stakeholders, contractors, and internal management, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and fully operational healthcare facility.

You will be responsible for profitability and improving their production processes. The role will involve travel across the UK from Glasgow to London, including Midland's areas. The role would suit an experienced manager with multisite experience, who has examples of dealing with trade unions, and working within industrial / hazardous industries.

You will be MRICS qualified with significant experience across property & asset management.

You will have a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships as well as managing multiple portfolios across different sites.

You will have the ability to lead and deliver, identify new opportunities and initiatives to contribute to team and business growth.
