You will be responsible for between 15 and 20 individuals, and you will oversee complex work packages, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to specification, and in compliance with industry standards. Your leadership, technical governance and programme management will be pivotal in shaping our flight simulation solutions.

You will also be responsible for the overseeing of line operatives and agency workers, ensuring all data capture is timely and accurate and SIC (short interval control) is being implemented and acted upon.
