You will play a key role in supporting the Experiences RevOps model, ensuring that our processes, business reviews, and field enablement are rigorous, data-driven, and aligned to company objectives. You won’t negotiate the deals; you’ll design the strategy, programs, and performance engine that maximize the value of our partner, marketing, and sales motions.

You will lead the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to commercial negotiation, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Connect and the expansion of Cocentric’s SaaS business.

You will be great at building retail relationships and will have high energy and drive. The willingness to get stuck in, creating the go to market strategy, be a key part of the team working closely with the SLT. And of course, being an SME – not being adverse to rolling your sleaves up and being open to helping with events and packing the odd box here and there!

You must be able to reliably commute, commit for 2+ years, be comfortable in an all‑female, intimate portraiture environment, and be happy with weekends as a normal part of your pattern.

You will feedback any updates internally in real time to generously keep the team and cross functions looped in so they can apply these updates on their side.
