You will support the configuration, administration, and continuous optimisation of our key technology platforms, including SaaS applications, no-code/low-code solutions, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your goal is to enhance operational efficiency through automation, smart workflow design, and proactive system management.

You will liaise with hotels and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor compliance with country-specific tax rules, and report exceptions to the Tax team. In addition, you will review GL postings to WHT expense accounts by Cash Applications to confirm that WHT allocations are recorded to the correct account based on fee type and linked to the correct invoices specified by the hotel.
