Optimisation Engineer jobs in Royal Leamington Spa

You will be required to work within one of our manufacturing sites, carrying out all aspects of maintenance and preventive tasks.

You will be required to work rotation shifts to cover business needs, and on occasion, work one in every six on nights if required. Main Duties of a Maintenance Engineer in Leamington Spa:

You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will work closely with the development and QA teams to set up and manage build environments, working on continuous integration systems and automating workflows. Your contributions will help streamline our workflow and enhance the productivity of the entire studio.

You will design, develop and implement robust policies, specifications and standard operating procedures for all core building services across the region.

You will produce written design standards for mechanical, electrical, security and fire systems that can be used in RFI tender process for major capex projects or new build.
