You will play a key role in building and scaling a proprietary operating system to run and optimise real-world industrial manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong generalist mindset, excellent engineering fundamentals, and comfort working in a high-autonomy environment.

You will work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and traceable delivery across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and consistency. - Automate deployments and environment configuration using infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform).

You will lead AI proof-of-concepts, design retrieval and context strategies, contribute to the AI architecture, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable and commercially grounded. The role spans the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model evaluation through to deployment and optimisation.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams, design, production, QA, and other stakeholders in the studio to deliver high-quality user experiences on multiple platforms including desktop, console, and mobile.

You will also be expected to lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices across the team.

You will develop robust, production-grade ETL pipelines, manage cloud-based and on-prem data environments, and integrate diverse datasets from external vendors, trading systems and internal sources.

You should be comfortable operating independently across the full data lifecycle — from ingestion and transformation through to analytics delivery and monitoring.
