You will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the Broker Management email inbox. You’ll process customer orders and enquiries, liaise with suppliers and make arrangements for waste transfer.

You will enter data onto the company computer system to ensure all work orders are recorded accurately.

You will also need for the Administrative Assistant role: Experience with MS Office suite, Excel, Word etc- training will be given on internal systems. Experience of raising and chasing invoices. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners). Knowledge of basic administrative principles and procedures.

You will be providing a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational service.

You will be undertaking word processing of correspondence, reports, agendas, producing other documents and presentations using the most appropriate elements of Microsoft Office by copy typing or digital dictation.
