You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our strategic tools and thought leadership programme.

You will write and deliver discipline-specific briefs and help teams from different disciplines collaborate to create combined solutions.

You will also support the Head of Strategy & Research in evolving and adding to our "strategic toolbox".

You must have an understanding around SEN, and be willing to engage with and support challenging students to break down barriers.

You will be working 1 to 1 with complex young people, and you must be comfortable with challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to engage with the students, and to help engage them.

You will have experience of working with children and young people. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, that can positively engage and motivate young people, irrespective of their level of needs.

You will be responsible for and lead in the planning and delivery of bespoke outdoor education packages for a range of age groups and needs.
